The process of creating your dream saddle is simple, intuitive, and takes you from initial vision to finished product. We divide it into two main phases: online design in the designer and professional service after placing your order.

Phase 1: Designing in the 3D creator
In the online wizard, you configure the saddle, observing changes in real time on the 3D model.

Phase 2: Professional order fulfillment
Once you place your order in the creator, we begin professionally handling your project. Our team of experts guides you through every step of the process—from consultation, through production, to final fitting of the saddle to your horse.

Step 2
Payment and start of implementation
Once we’ve confirmed the design and all technical details, you pay for your order. We then begin production of your personalized saddle according to previously agreed-upon specifications. Typical lead time is 6-8 weeks.
Step 3
Saddle fitter's visit
An Equinox saddle fitter visits you and your horse to professionally adjust the saddle to your horse’s anatomy, check the pommel width and position, and assess the rider’s comfort in practice. Saddle fitter availability varies by location – please discuss details with your consultant.
Step 4
Corrections and order completion
Based on the fittings and your comments, we make any necessary technical adjustments. Once these are completed, we schedule another fitting or deliver the finished saddle. The order is finalized when you and your horse are completely satisfied with the result.

Do I have to pay for the project in the creator right away?
No! The designer is completely free and requires no financial commitment. You design your saddle, save the configuration, and only after consulting with our expert and confirming all the details do you pay.
How long does it take to process an order?
Typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from order confirmation and payment. For very complex projects or during peak seasons, it may take slightly longer – we always keep you updated on the latest turnaround times.
Is a saddle fitter visit mandatory?
A visit to a saddle fitter is optional but highly recommended – it’s the best way to ensure your saddle fits perfectly. Saddle fitter availability depends on your location. Please discuss availability with your consultant.
What if the saddle requires adjustments after delivery?
If, after delivery, the saddle requires minor technical adjustments, our specialists will make these adjustments free of charge as part of our fit guarantee. We ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with the final product.
